About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting teams to perform at their best. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative systems 
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships 
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events 
  • Support HR functions including onboarding and staff records 
  • Maintain health & safety compliance and office policies 
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and expense tracking 
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners 
  • Implement and improve administrative processes 

 Requirements 

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role 
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 12Pay Payroll Software or similar and office management software 
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism 

Desirable Skills 

  • SAP Business One or similar ERP System 
  • Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting 
  • Payroll Experience 
  • HR or people management experience
