VDC
VDC (Vision Detection Control) systems offer the capability to certify 100% of finished products without relying on operator responsibility. There are two standard types of VDC systems.
- Certification-Only Systems: These systems are designed to certify 100% printed products. They are suitable for productions where some missing codes are acceptable while still ensuring the certification of all finished products.
- Encoding and Certification Combined Systems: These systems are engineered to encode and certify 100% of the products in a single step. They are specifically designed for products where no codes can be missing, ensuring both encoding and certification in a seamless process.
RFID
GRAPHIMECC’s RFID-converting machines are designed for effortless and dependable use in inserting or coupling various materials through RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology. These machines have been meticulously crafted to ensure that even an averagely skilled converting operator can operate them with ease. This user-friendly design allows for efficient and reliable integration of RFID technology into your processes, without requiring a highly specialised skillset.
Established in 2012, the Encoding Lab serves as an advanced laboratory where the group’s innovative solutions are put to the test. This state-of-the-art facility allows every GRAPHIMECC customer to witness the application of technology in various production processes while in action. Thanks to its high level of specialisation and the ongoing research and development conducted in the laboratory, every VDC line can be up and running within just one week after installation. This rapid implementation ensures that customers can swiftly integrate and benefit from the technology in their operations.
