Quick Design takes the human error out of the equation by linking your MES, ERP or product database to your Domino Printers. You can either scan a bar code on a work order or input the information on to an operator controlled HMI prompt screen. Strings of data is then sent to all printers populating the print messages or codes for each production batch across your primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
The diagram below is a real life example of coding automation on a primary packaging level. The product database is connected to a HMI which automates two Domino AX550i CIJ printers.
